How service works
- Send the documents. Email or upload. We confirm receipt the same day.
- Attempts begin. We vary times and days, because people are not home when it is convenient for us.
- You get updates. Every attempt is logged, not just the successful one.
- Return of service. Signed, notarized, and ready to file.
Difficult serves
Evasive parties, gated communities, and bad addresses are normal, not exceptional. We plan for them. If a serve genuinely cannot be completed, you get documented attempts that support a motion for substitute service — which is worth more than a vague apology.
