Same-day service is standard if we receive papers before 11am. Routine service typically completes within 24–48 hours. Rush service available for time-sensitive matters.

What does process service cost?

Routine 3–5 day service starts at $85. 24-hour rush service starts at $125. Same-day starts at $175. Skip trace and out-of-area service billed separately. Call for flat-rate quote.

What does a mobile notary cost?

Texas notary fees are $6 per signature (statutory cap). Travel and convenience fees added based on location and time of day. Hospital, jail, and after-hours appointments typically $75–$150 all-in.

Can you serve papers at someone's workplace in Texas?

Yes. Texas Rules of Civil Procedure permit personal service at any reasonable location, including workplace, provided we identify ourselves and serve without trespass or breach of peace.

What if the recipient evades service?

We document evasion with diligent attempts at varied times. If service can't be perfected, we file an Affidavit of Due Diligence supporting your attorney's Rule 106 motion for substituted service.
